Marie’s work has appeared in Pangyrus, Every Day Fiction, Gemini, Hippocampus, Funny Pearls, IO Literary Journal, and Evening Street Review. 

She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Lesley University along with an MA in English Composition from the University of Massachusetts Boston.

She’s a member of Grub Street’s Writing Community.

Marie recognizes that writing, much like life, is a process. 

She has found that pen to paper provides opportunities for improved clarity.
